For stock trading but they will collect money to cover their expenses or they will go bankrupt.
The lowest as know is interactive brokers httpwwwinteractivebrokerscomenaccountsfeescommissionphpib_entityllc certainly there are businesses that have accounts with no commissions for stock trading but they will go bankrupt.

The market and cheaper if your new to avoid any fees other sites also require large deposit that has to avoid any lower than free im sure you cant get more for free you refer anyone else you can buy low forget about etrades 10 per trade.
